Birthday Perk Points are awarded on your birthday. The amount depends on your tier at the time:

• Crew: +25 points
• Team Chemical Guys: +50 points

Yes. You can also earn Perk Points through engagement, such as sharing results, taking part in community activities, referrals, and other reward actions shown in your Ways to Earn section.

Yes. If you buy Chemical Guys products from another retailer, you can upload your receipt to your account. Once it is reviewed and approved, the Perk Points for that purchase will be added. See the receipt upload FAQs below for full details.

Simply upload a clear copy of your receipt showing Chemical Guys products, the purchase date, and retailer details. Once reviewed and approved, your Perk Points will be added to your account.

• Receipts must clearly show Chemical Guys products
• Receipts must be dated within 30 days of upload date
• Points are only awarded once per purchase
• All submissions are subject to approval

If an order is refunded, the Perk Points earned from that purchase will be removed from your account.

There are three levels:

• Crew (0–999 points)
• Team Chemical Guys (1,000–2,999 points)
• Ambassador (3,000+ points)

As you earn more Perk Points, you move up and unlock stronger rewards, more access, and additional benefits.

Your member discount increases as you move up:

• Crew (0–999 points): 5% off every order
• Team Chemical Guys (1,000–2,999 points): 7% off every order
• Ambassador (3,000+ points): 10% off every order

Discounts are applied through your member pricing and can be redeemed in the Ways to Redeem section of your account.

As you move up, you’ll unlock:

• Higher Perk Point earning rates
• Better rewards
• More exclusive kits
• Priority access to drops and competitions
• Additional opportunities and benefits
