Tier 01 Crew Free to Join

Start your journey inside the Crew. This is where it begins. Get early access to new products, exclusive kits, and practical guidance through our Chemical Education Hub to help you get more from every clean.

Every purchase earns you Perk Points, helping you build rewards as you go. You'll also receive 5% off every order, alongside access to Crew-only competitions, early drops, and your first level of exclusive kits designed to get you started.

Tier 02 Team Chemical Guys Earn 1,000 Points

This is where things step up. As part of Team Chemical Guys, you'll unlock more ways to earn, more exclusive access, and a stronger tier of member-only benefits — including Team-only kits not available anywhere else.

You'll also have the chance to share your results and be featured within the Chemical Education Hub. How do I join the loyalty program?

How can I earn points?
 
Earn points by signing up, making purchases, and more! Check out the Ways to Earn section for details.
How do I redeem my points?
 
Log in, visit your dashboard, and select the Ways to Redeem section to redeem your points for rewards.
Where can I see my points balance?
 
First, log in to your account! Your points balance will be highlighted at the top of the loyalty page, account dashboard or at checkout.
Do my points expire?
 
Points will expire after one year if there isn't any account activity.
Do my rewards expire?
 
Rewards will not expire after the rewards are activated in the account.
What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
 
If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
When do I get my birthday gift?
 
On your birthday! The only instance in which birthday points will be delayed is if your birthday is within 30 days from the day you entered it. This is for fraud protection, and you will still get your points after approximately 30 days.
I forgot to use my points at Checkout, can I apply them retroactively?
 
No, unfortunately points cannot be redeemed after a purchase has already been made.
