What are Crew points?

Crew points are the currency of Chemical Guys Rewards, powered by Smile. Earn them when you shop and complete Crew actions, then redeem them for money off.

How do I earn points?

You can earn points by:

  • Place an order: 1 point per £1
  • Create an account: 25 points
  • Celebrate a birthday: 100 points
  • Follow on Instagram: 10 points (one-time)
  • Follow on TikTok: 10 points (one-time)
  • Like on Facebook: 10 points (one-time)

Social actions are one-time and completed in The Crew panel.

How do I redeem points?

Redeem in increments of 100 points = £1 off your order. For example, 500 points = £5 off and 1,000 points = £10 off. Open The Crew panel to redeem.

When do I receive my points?

Points are usually added shortly after your order is completed. Occasionally there may be a short delay while the order is processed.

Do I need to be logged in to earn points?

Yes. Make sure you’re logged into your account when placing an order so your points are tracked correctly.

Do my points expire?

Points remain active as long as your account is active and engaged.

When do I get my birthday reward?

Birthday points are awarded on your birthday. The reward is 100 points (£1 value). Make sure your date of birth is saved in your account.

What happens if I return an item?

If an order is refunded, the points earned from that purchase will be removed from your account.

Where can I see my live balance?

Your available points show on this page and in The Crew launcher (bottom left). Open The Crew panel for earning actions, rewards, and full activity.

Can I earn points without buying?

Yes. You can earn points by creating an account, celebrating your birthday, and completing one-time social actions in The Crew panel.
