    Redeem in increments of 100 points = £1 off. That means 500 points = £5 off and 1,000 points = £10 off — the same 1% reward rate as you earn.

How do I join?

Create an account and join The Crew. You’ll start earning points from your first purchase and can open The Crew panel anytime to view your balance.

Is it free to join?

Yes. It’s completely free. New accounts receive 25 points for joining.

How do I earn points?

Earn 1 point per £1 on orders, 25 points for creating an account, 100 points on your birthday, and 10 points for one-time Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook actions via The Crew panel.

How do I redeem points?

100 points = £1 off. Redeem in The Crew panel in increments of 100 points.

When do I receive my points?

Points are usually added shortly after your order is completed. Occasionally there may be a short delay while the order is processed.

Do I need to be logged in to earn points?

Yes. Make sure you’re logged into your account when placing an order so your points are tracked correctly.

Can I have more than one account?

No. Use one account so all your points and rewards stay together.

Do my points expire?

Points remain active as long as your account is active and engaged.

When do I get my birthday reward?

Birthday points are awarded on your birthday. The reward is 100 points (£1 value). Add your date of birth in your account.

Can I earn points without buying?

Yes — account creation, birthday rewards, and one-time social actions in The Crew panel.

What happens if I return an item?

If an order is refunded, the points earned from that purchase will be removed from your account.

Do I have to post content or get involved?

No. Shop, follow our socials, and be part of The Crew — you’ll still earn points and unlock rewards.
